Shipping Area and Standard Shipping
We currently ship only to valid delivery addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is provided at no additional charge for eligible U.S. orders. International orders and addresses outside the United States are not currently supported.
Customer Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate U.S. delivery address at checkout. If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible and, whenever possible, before the order is shipped.
Once an order has entered the shipping process, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Processing begins after the order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized.
Estimated Transit Time
After an order has been dispatched, standard carrier transit generally takes 4–6 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date. Carrier conditions, weather, peak shipping periods, address issues, and other circumstances may affect actual delivery times.
Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided after the order has shipped. It may take a short period for the carrier's tracking system to display the first tracking event.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before an order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, the applicable return and exchange terms in our Refund Policy will apply.
Any applicable sales tax is collected in accordance with applicable law and will be reflected in the checkout total when required.
