Currency and Taxes

Payment Authorization

For your security, do not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords, or other complete payment credentials by email or through customer-service messages.
Cancellations and Refunds
A cancellation request may be submitted before an order ships. Once an order has shipped, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and the applicable return process is governed by our Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days after the refund is issued for the credit to appear, depending on the processing time of the customer's financial institution.
